1. Data controller
The data controller for personal data collected via ktvdev.tech is the sole proprietor running this business, contact: kacperkapitan@onet.pl.
2. What data we collect
Through the contact form and quote calculator we collect: name, email address, message content, and optionally a Discord username and project-scope choices. We don't collect special-category data or payment details.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote — under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in business correspondence).
4. Retention period
Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting project, and at most 12 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. tax records).
5. Recipients of data
Form messages are delivered via Resend (an email delivery provider). If Plausible analytics is enabled on the site, it operates without cookies and without collecting personal data or identifiable IP addresses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, port, and object to the processing of your data. You may also file a complaint with your national data protection authority. For data-related requests, email kacperkapitan@onet.pl.
7. Cookies
This site sets one strictly necessary cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your chosen language — it isn't used for tracking or profiling. Your chosen theme (light/dark) and whether you've dismissed the cookie notice are stored locally in your browser (localStorage), never sent to a server. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
