Below I describe what data I collect on this site, why, who I share it with and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
The data controller for personal data collected via ktvdev.tech is the sole proprietor running this business, contact: kontakt@ktvdev.tech.
2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect: name, email address, message content, and optionally the project type (website, bot, app) and a rough budget range. We don't collect special-category data or payment details. When you book a call in the schedule we also collect: your full name, email address, optionally a phone number and a description of the topic, and the chosen time. Booking runs on the site's own system — the data is not sent to any external calendar.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote — under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in business correspondence). For call bookings the legal basis is also Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. I also record the date and time you accepted the Terms.
4. Retention period
Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting project, and at most 12 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. tax records). Booking data is kept until the call takes place and then for no longer than 12 months.
5. Recipients of data
Messages from the form are delivered via Resend (an email delivery provider). I also get notifications about new messages and bookings on a private Discord channel (via a Discord webhook) and by email. If Plausible analytics is enabled on the site, it works without cookies and without collecting personal data or IP addresses in an identifiable form. The site also counts, anonymously, visits as well as clicks on contact buttons, submitted forms and bookings — as daily aggregate counters, with no visitor identifier and no cookies.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, port, and object to the processing of your data. You may also file a complaint with your national data protection authority. For data-related requests, email kontakt@ktvdev.tech.
7. Cookies
This site sets one strictly necessary cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your chosen language — it isn't used for tracking or profiling. Your chosen theme (light/dark) and whether you've dismissed the cookie notice are stored locally in your browser (localStorage), never sent to a server. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
