Terms of service
Effective from: 16 October 2026
Below are the terms on which I build websites, Discord bots and web apps, and on which you can book a call through this site. By booking a call you accept these Terms.
1. General
These Terms set out the rules for building websites, Discord bots and web apps and for booking calls through ktvdev.tech. The Provider is the person running this business, contact: kontakt@ktvdev.tech. The Client is the person or company that books a call or commissions a project.
2. Booking a call
Booking a call is free and non-binding. To book, you must accept these Terms and consent to data processing for the purpose of arranging the call. After booking you receive a link to check the status of the slot or cancel it. I reserve the right to change or decline a slot — in that case I will contact you to agree on a new one. One email address may hold several active bookings at once, but the number is limited. The call itself is not a contract for a project.
3. Quote and scope
Prices on the site are indicative (they start from the stated amount) and depend on the scope of the project. The quote is free. After the call I send an offer with the scope of work, price and timeline. The contract is formed when the Client confirms the offer by email or another agreed way.
4. Delivery times
Indicative delivery times for each package are given in the pricing and listed below. The time runs from the day the scope is confirmed and the materials needed for the work are received (texts, graphics, logo, access). A binding deadline for a specific project is agreed individually in the offer. Delays on the Client's side — missing materials, late feedback, scope changes — extend the deadline accordingly. I will inform you promptly of any delay on my side.

The times in the table are indicative and refer to the typical scope of each package.
5. Process and revisions
While I work I show progress as it happens and collect feedback. Minor corrections within the agreed scope are included in the price. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately and may affect the delivery time.
6. Payments
Prices are in Polish zloty. Payment terms, including any advance payment and due dates, are agreed individually in the offer. I start work once the offer is confirmed and payment terms are agreed.
7. Rights and source code
Once the project is paid in full I hand over full rights to the project and the source code. The exception is Discord bots — the bot's source code is an extra and costs 100 PLN.
8. Post-launch support
Pro packages include one month of support after launch (for Discord bots — bot hosting for the first month), as described in the package in the pricing. Further support, maintenance and development are quoted separately.
9. Client's obligations
The Client provides the materials needed for the work, is responsible for holding rights to the content provided (texts, photos, logos) and for its use not infringing third-party rights, and answers questions and gives feedback promptly.
10. Liability
I carry out projects with due care. I am not liable for outages of external services (hosting, the Discord platform, payment providers and others), for content provided by the Client, or for the effects of changes made to the project by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the fee for the given order.
11. Cancelling an order
The Client may cancel an order before it is completed. In that case I will charge for the part of the work done up to the day of cancellation.
12. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy available on this site.
13. Changes to the Terms
The Terms may change; the current version is always available on this page. Bookings and orders are governed by the version in force on the day they are made. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. Questions: kontakt@ktvdev.tech.
